Sky stream Guernsey

Hi,

I live in Guernsey, I've been trying to get Sky Stream for the past three weeks and the website keeps crashing. Nobody one the live chat is helpful as they are not trained for Sky Stream, and calling the UK for it would cost me too much. When I put an English address, the website doesn't crash, so I guess the problem is with the address. Does anybody know how to fix it ? Also, is it possible to use sky stream only on my computer as I don't have a TV.

Thanks

Re: Sky stream Guernsey

If you're only using a PC then Sky stream is highly unlikely to be your answer. Look at alternatives like Now app and subscribe there for Sky content.

Kind of but not really.  Stream (with either Ultimate TV or Essential TV) is the television box, content subscription and server-side services

Once a subscription on Stream is in place, the user gets access to the Sky Go app.

Yes, if you have a computer monitor. This is what I use.

Sound is not that good or loud.

Sky stream is similar to a firestick you plug into your tv. It is not a pc app.

I don't work for sky, receive any gratuities or discounts. They do however pay me in badges 🐵

If I have helped, please click the thumb 🐵

Has to be a monitor with an HDMI port that supports HDCP: only more recent models do so.
