Have had Sky stream for 3 weeks and at least every other day it goes to a white screen but still has sound. Sometimes a reboot works sometimes not. Have done factory reset and no change. Sky suggested connecting to Hub with Ethernet cable which I did no change. So bought a new cable and same problem. Tried calling SKY but every time it's an hours wait. Is it a faulty puck?
