My5 just buffering and won’t play programme

Hi I have recently changed to Sky Streaming and everything is working fine except My5. I have set it up but when I try to watch a programme it just buffers and doesn't play at all. The live 5 is working ok and it cannot be due to my Broadband as it plays ok on my IPad. Any ideas?

First try a restart of your Sky Stream puck/s

 

Go to Settings>Systems Management>Resets & Updates
Select Restart device
Your Sky Stream puck will perform a reboot. It will take a few minutes to complete.

 

If, still having problems, do a refresh of your apps;

  1. Press Home on your Sky remote, then select Settings
  2. Press System management then Resets and updates and finally Refresh apps.
  3. You'll see a message that says, 'Your apps are being refreshed'.
  4. Press Dismiss to return to normal viewing.

The refresh can take 24 hours to complete.

I have tried this on BOTH of my Sky Stream Pucks and it does not fix the problem. One is WiFi the other ethernet connected.

No problems on 2 x TV, 2 x Roku or Nividia Shield.

Amazon Prime 4k through Sky Puck unwatchable two days ago. 

Fine on the TV. 

Both connected via ethernet cable.

Same issue here with My5. Buffering is all over the place. Just gave in watching as it was impossible to watch.

I should add. Running from ethernet with a 275mbps internet connection. Everything else is ok, well, mostly. Channel 4 & 5 are often poor.

I have had the same problem with My5 for over 2 months and gave up trying to stream.  I have tried the suggestions below but nothing has worked.  Has anybody had any luck with getting in touch with Sky?

I am just trying to watch Great Parks of Africa on Sky Nature in UHD.
It is noticeably jerky which spoils the program and makes you wonder why you watch in UHD!

I've had the same problem with my Sky Glass.  "Please wait while your program loads", it doesn't! 
Even programs that I've started to watch and then come back to pick up where I left off, still get the spinning star of death!!!

I've almost given up on trying to watch 5.😤
