My5 channel issue

Can't get My5 channel loadimg on tv.  
never had problem until last week .  
any thoughts on why or what I can do?

Try refreshing the apps:

Settings -> System Management -> Resets & Updates -> Refresh Apps

 

It can take up to 24 hours to complete so in the meantime you may want to use the My5 app on your smart TV instead (if it has it.)

Do you mean the My5 app or the actual Channel 5 live streamed channel?

Have you tried rebooting your puck? Turn it off at the wall for a minute or two and then power it back on and allow it to reboot. This can sometimes clear issues such as this.

I went into my settings of pick and did reset and now all works fine Thankyou
