Moved house sky steam puck showing incorrect regional programs

I have called sky 3 weeks ago  and updated the address on my sky glass/ stream account and billing account after moving and is showing the correct address on my account. I have factory rest stream puck my device 3 times.

My sky stream puck is still showing bbc Yorkshire and ITV calander even though my moved address in now in wilthsire. It will not update the region on my steam to have correct regional channels 

Please help
