Ours has been doing this lately too! We've replaced the sky broadband hub & the sky box but this hasn't cured the problem. It happens on sky & on the apps via the sky box but it doesn't turn off the tv or the sky box. Its very odd

After a call with them the other day and Sky doing some tests, apparently there is an issue with my box. They are sending me a new one

We got a new box but it hasn't solved the problem for us

Our new one  seems to be fine at the minute
