As we are fellow customers we are going to need more information. Is this the first time younare trying to set you puck up? Has it been working previously? Is the backlight on the remote lighting up?
What troubleshooting have you already tried as per Sky's advice here: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/remote-control-help-sky-glass
