My programmes have frozen. Help

My television has frozen. I cannot watch anything. I have tried switching off and on again but no joy. Please help

Turn the Sky Stream puck off at the plug for 10 minutes and see if that helps

What exactly is happening? Is it frozen on the Home Screen? Or is it just when streaming shows if so is it all shows or just live channels and app based content works?
