Netflix account

I have ultimate Tv sky entertainment and netflix, my account was linked to my sky puck but now its telling me i need to upgrade netflix with a sky plan? How do i fix this??? As im paying for it!

@Claire155 do you have Sky Q or Sky stream as you have posted in the Sky Q forum if you have Sky stream i can move your post to the correct forum


I may be a Sky Superuser but I am still just a Sky customer

Open Netflix, log out completely if you're signed in, close the app and reopen it. You should get an on screen prompt to link your account
