I've gone to watch Netflix via sky stream puck and it's in Spanish. I don't have an account with Netflix
anyone else having this problem please

@Nigelb1972 I watch and pay for Netflix through sky. I don't have any independent login details for Netflix.

You still get your content from Netflix you just pay Sky as a middle man

Thank you. I don't have a Netflix account I have tried to sign into Netflix and it says my email address is not recognised 😞

You need to follow the instructions in the MySky app to set up a Netflix account and register it against your Sky account.

Try signing out of Netflix (Get Help > Sign Out) and then signing back in again. Have a look at the following links which might be of help.

If that doesn't help you will need to speak to Netflix support for additional troubleshooting.

thabk you all for your help and guidance. I have been onto the Netflix website and there is no account registered to my email address. Netflix chat are also unable to help as my email address does not have an account attached to it.
I will ask Sky to cancel paying for Netflix and restart if and when I want it

You need to set up an account following the instructions that Sky publish on MySky. Once you've set up the account, you can then link it to your Sky account.

Hello again. I went to Netflix page and started the process of opening an account with them but it won't let me past the payment choose a plan stage. I'm not going to pay £5 to create account 😞. Again thank you all for your help and support with this problem. I'm not very tech so for me I think the easiest is to cancel the Netflix. You've all been brilliant thanks

Log in to your Sky account at MySky and follow the on screen instructions. By signing up directly with Netflix, you're potentially missing a very important step...
