You can't actually buy them, all Stream pucks are loaned to you for as long as you subscribe to the service. You may get one loaned for free when you subscribe to the Whole Home pack but additional pucks come with a £39.99 activation fee.

Note the naming:

'Multiroom' = Sky+ / Sky+ HD

'Multiscreen'= Sky Q

'Whole Home' = Sky Stream & Sky Glass
