Been with sky for 22 years and moved with their technology. Couple of years ago switched to sky stream and it's worked well until a month ago. Now I'm tech savy and back in October upgraded to the Max hub and the Deco XE75 Pro mesh system. I've set each of tbe Deco hubs as access points. The speed test throughout the house is at least 150Mps. The 3 main pucks that the 2 of us use are in the kitchen, living room and bedroom and only one is used at anyone time.
About a month ago, on each puck we get freezing of picture, but sound still there. Or we get long freezing or blank screen "waiting to reload.: And lip sync can be over 5 seconds, but there again the lip sync timing is random.
I've gone onto the mesh settings and tried fixing the pucks to the 2.4Ghz channel, 5Ghz, but still same issue.
Strangely, just switched the bedroom puck for a unused one in the spare bedroom and this, so far, streams OK.
Anyone else having the same issues.
