Hi. I ordered a service package, it is already ordered for 30 pounds on December 16, but I don't know how to activate it, it says that it has not been activated by me yet, where do I need to click to activate the subscription

Hi @PolinaL 

 

@I'm assuming you have a sky stream puck? If so  plug it into the tv via hdmi input and follow the on screen instructions
