Puck not updating

Hi guys, I have a Sky Streaming Puck which won't update beyond 1.3 no matter what I do. Any help would be appreciated.

What build version do you have? Mine is at QS037 but the OS is 1.3

Am on IPO61-ef and software 1.3 but the puck wont update.

Have you tried to restart the device wait a few minutes and see what happens. I'm not suggesting you haven't done, it's just worth checking

@KevinRodgers  You can't force an update you'll simply need to wait for the next batch updates

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
