When loading a channel or on-demand content my puck has always been excellent but in the last few days it has slowed to a point where it now takes 30 seconds or more to load any channel. Once loaded, it plays smoothly (including UHD), but it just takes ages to load. Wi-fi signal is "excellent", speed is over 600mbps. Already tried a reboot and full reset but exactly the same issue still happening.
