Mode Not Supported

All of a sudden, my TV is giving this error and saying "The redsolution is not supported on this TV.  Please change the resolution".  We've not changed anything on the TV and as it won't bring up a Sky Stream menu either, I can't see if there's anything else I could od there.  This started today - was working fine yesterday??

That message is coming from your TV, not the Sky Stream Puck.

Sounds like your Picture resolution or Display ratio has changed or not matching what you set the puck and Tv to match up with.

Try pulling out the hdmi cable on the TV and trying it in a different port or back in the same port, but also power off your TV and leave off power for ten minutes.

@Big+Al+43  Try unplugging the puck for a couple of minutes then plug back in.

Re: Mode Not Supported

@Big+Al+43 if this continues to happen it would suggest a handshake issue which could be caused by a faulty hdmi cable or a faulty hdmi port on either the puck or the TV...
