Sky puck

Cannot play ch4 catchup from playlist ch4 are saying it's a network error

All ready done this but I have found my issue. I have Sky broadband and router and I have allowed Channel4.com as a trusted website and my problem has been fixed

@SteveT121    Try going to Settings, System management and choose App refresh, this will take a few minutes.  Also try a reset in the same menu either before or after the app refresh.  See if that helps.
