TV shows freezing and pixelated

When I try and watch any Live TV, it's constantly juddering, freezing, buffering. It's unwatchable. I've ran many internet tests etc I can't seem to find a solution

Hi just like yourself mine does the same the only way I can sort is by unplugging the puck and restarting. This lasts for a few days. Very annoying 😵‍💫

It's been doing this several times on channel 922. Black screens and no sound.
