Missing channels
I want to watch That's TV and Talking Pictures TV using my Sky Puck but the channels are not available. They're both available free to air in the UK. Also my TV magazines both say they have sky channel numbers

Unfortunately they are not available on glass / stream
only satellite tv
then channel lists differ slightly between stream and satellite
43inch Gen 1 and 55 inch Gen 2 Sky Glass & sky live camera 3 Pucks. Virgin media M500 on hub 5x. Four sky mobile sims.

Seems stupid that Freeview channels are not available on puck. But if that's how it is then that's how it is, I suppose

@Chr20 they are essentially the same service, one is just built into a TV, whilst the other is a little puck that connects to any TV. They both use Sky's streaming platform

That's because the service doesn't use Freeview.
The Sky streaming platform is a closed service offered by Sky, which means channels need to negotiate carriage deals with Sky for them to be on the platform.
