Missing channels on Sky stream

I'm a new Sky customer. Recently signed up for Sky Stream. However I can see on my SkyGo app that Islam channels and Bangla channels are not available. What do I do to obtain this? I assumed it would be part of the all entertainment package. My council does not allow me to have satellite installation for TV. Please advise.

You cannot obtain them with Sky Stream.

@Tan_  Because the channel(s) owners don't have a carriage agreement in place with sky for sky stream

Did you check the channel list beforehand?

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/tv-channel-list-sky-glass

It's up to the channels themselves reaching an agreement with Sky.

Unfortunately it's incorrect to assume that Glass/Stream has the same channel lineup as the Sky satellite platforms, particularly for channels in the 'International' section where there's a significant difference.
