Ok Zi like others are Not happy with Sky products . So I was 6 months out of contract after 28 years.
No contact to say out of contract ! But they charged me £73 per month for bad sky Q and Slow to stop broadband.
After 6 hours yes 6hrs on the phone going from Pakistan to Bulgaria and Spain then don't know. But last person said Here is the new deal then even after Zi talked about new TV advert saying all this for £35.
No upfront payments and for existing Customers.
But she said that deal is for new customers. But TV adverts says all can take the deal. Then she said I was a veteran Loyal customer so my deal would be £39 upfront and then £39 per month. And my package was basic.
But advert says bigger deal less money no upfront payments. [removed].

They even charge you for free TV channels.
The charge is for the functionality of the platform, not channel reception.
