Netflix and discovery plus advice

On my account I have got Netflix and discovery plus, however they didn't show up without signing up with a new account. This then required payment details and I am wondering now why as surely I don't have to pay if already part of my package?

Hi @BSwain

You logon with your existing netflix account and it tells netflix that sky have taken over billing. If you don't have an account you need to create one. See: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/apps-on-sky-q-and-glass-using-netflix

For discovery you create a free account and link it. See: https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-marketplace-subscribe-to-discovery-plus

You subscribe via sky marketplace, but it's £0 as part of your sky package.
