My sky box freezes what I'm watching then turns itself off. This has happened twice whilst watching a film and has done it occasionally before. Any ideas?
Are you connected to your tv with an Ethernet cable? If not check your router has a direct line of sight without any obstacles in the way and your router is away from mirrors or windows. I hope that helps
