Hi I have looked everywhere to find my MAC address as need this to log onto certain devices, can anyone help with this ?

Hi @Jack192 - welcome to the forum.
Turn on Stream, from the home menu go to the bottom to Settings (about 13 clicks), select, then move to System Settings, under System Info scroll down - you should see two, a. WiFi MAC address and MAC address Ethernet

As @Skull+Treaty suggests, but you may find it impossible to reach those Settings if the puck has never successfully activated because it cannot join a network...
Realistically, Stream was never intended to go onto a managed network with MAC restrictions, as that's typically an institutional thing.
You might, for example, need to activate using a cellular hotspot from a phone.
