Pixilation problems

Anything I watch in last 3 days is pixelated and itv just stop starts can't even get channel 4, yet it says all connecting fine on check 🤬

What check are you doing? Have you tested the broadband speed actually being received by your puck? To do this, open the Netflix app and go to the get help menu. There's a network check option in there. Sky Stream needs a minimum of 25Mbps to function with any sort of reliability in HD, and 30Mbps if you stream a lot of UHD.
