Lost parcel

My parcel with my puk is shown as delivered but I didn't receive it. They might have delivered it to a wrong address. An investigation needs to be raised

And you'll need to contact Sky asap to report this. It will be carried out between Sky and the courier (usually DPD). If you’re not already aware this is a customer helps customer forum and you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services.
