Loss of internet

Watching Sky stream,all of a sudden no internet

Hi @Alma5 

 

You will need to provide more details. Did you internet drop? Who is your ISP? Is this a one-off or happening regularly? Have you tried rebooting the puck and router in the first instance?

 

Remember we are fellow customers here on the community and have no idea about your set up unless you tell us!

Hi @Alma5 and welcome to the forum.   I find the following procedure gets it. reconnected to the Internet.

 

Put your Glass or puck into Standby and then unplug both your Glass TV (or puck) and router.  Leave for a couple of minutes and then plug your router back in and wait for it to finish rebooting.  Once it has rebooted plug your glass TV back in and when that has also rebooted it should have reconnected to the Internet
