Re: Sky stream not connecting to internet
@Amybell do other devices connected in the area the Stream is plsced? Stream requires a good steady connection but should not be an ussue to connect to most any router so its an unusual issue but assuming it is in range try rebooting your router.
One point people often want to hidecthe puck behind a wall mounted TV but in practice there are few worse pkaces as the TV contains metal which blocks WiFi signals.
65inch Sky Glass, 3 Sky Streaming Pucks, Sky Ultrafast + and Sky SR213(white Wifi Max hub) main Wifi from 3 TP-Link Deco M4 units in access point mode

Re: Sky stream not connecting to internet
Hi @Amybell When this happens to me and I lose the internet connection I find the following procedure resolved it.
Put your Glass or puck into Standby and then unplug both your Glass TV (or puck) and router. Leave for a couple of minutes and then plug your router back in and wait for it to finish rebooting. Once it has rebooted plug your glass TV back in and when that has also rebooted it should have reconnected to the internet
If that doesn't resolve the issue then have a look at the following links to see if they help:
