If you fail to respond to a chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. As Sky are saying this is resolved the chat invite may have been withdrawn.


Yeah I've used the chat feature before with the speech bubble appearing but it never showed this time. Not blocking anything or hiding ip address so not sure what happened this time. Though as you say, they're saying it's been fixed now and I can indeed confirm that Legend Xtra is currently working again for me.

I can confirm that the channel is now working for me, can I ask what the issue was?
