I have a sky puk but my tv channels are not working properly tried all online help and phoned in but they can't find anything wrong but there is channels are not great quality and always freezing and reloading

Open the Netflix app on the puck and go to Get help, run the connection test.
You need at least 25mbos for HD & 35mbos for UHD anything less that that and you'll suffer these issues.
