Issue with Sky stream puck

My Sky stream puck isn't working. The box is on, the lights are green and the WiFi is working because my phone is connected to it - but the TV screen is black, no picture and no sound. I have restarted the box twice, I have checked the batteries is the remote, I have switched everything on and off at the wall and still no luck. Any ideas?

Let's get the obvious questions out of the way first for clarity. Have you connected the box to the TV with the HDMI cable? Have you selected the correct HDMI input on your TV?
