Puck reset not working (white screen)

Hi, My Sky Stream has just started giving a white screen (like terestrial TV with no coax). Tried repeated hard resets without success.

 

This is my second puck as Sky said it was a hardware problem with the first (same issue). The old puck did seem to correct itself after a day or so which suggests it is not a hardware issue. 

 

Any experience of this please? (I am not a Sky Glass customer)

@Chris569   Are you able to watch anything at all or is it a white screen on everything?  Also how are you connected to your tv, is it over Wi-Fi or via an Ethernet cable?

White screen on everything. Switching the router off had no impact so suggesting the puck was losing wi-fi connection. I then tried another hard reboot of the puck and after the s/w update had completed, pressed the WPS on the router and it seems to have solved it (for now). Sky were adamant it was a h/ware issue, clearly not the case. Thanks for the response.
