Intermittent pixelated picture on puck

Hi

I'm having problems with my Sky puck. Thebpicture has intermittent pixelation. I've turned it off at the wall, but the problem keep on returning. Any ideas?

@RichyRich88 Let's start with a speed test as bad connection is the most common cause

 

  1. Open the Netflix app on Sky.
  2. Go to Get Help in the sidebar.
  3. Select Check Your Network.
  4. Note the download speed displayed and share it here.

Intermittent pixelation on your Sky puck could be due to signal issues or hardware faults. Ensure all cables are securely connected and check your internet speed if streaming. If the issue persists, try resetting the puck to factory settings or contact Sky Support for further assistance.

Connection speed is 103.06 Mbps

I performed a factory reset of the puck and it seems to have fixed the problem... for now at least.
