Prime/Apple TV keep flickering on and off, unable to watch.

When I use Prime or Apple TV through my Sky Puck keeps flickering on and off when loading a program, I reset the puck but nothing works, currently I can watch New York Homicide okay on Prime, as soon as I try and watch Reacher it's starts flickering on and off and then I have to reset the puck to get it back to Prime Home Screen, all okay until I try and watch Reacher again and it repeats, this also does this every time I try and use Apple TV through the puck, is my puck faulty? 
how can I get a replacement?

Could you try a different HDMI cable and different HDMI port on your TV, in case it's to do with that? I wonder if "Reacher" is a higher quality than "New York Homicide" and your TV is struggling, maybe one is HDR and one is SDR?

I have tried various different HDMI cables, I have checked for app updates etc. it has been doing this for months when using Apple TV but has only just started when trying to watch Reacher, I managed 1 episode today and then the problems started again when I tried to watch the next episode, it's really strange.

@MattJS70 do you have another TV or monitor in your home that you can test this with? I think it would be useful to ascertain whether it's a TV thing or a Puck thing, at the moment from what you describe it could go either way I think.

If the same thing happens on another TV, we know to dive deeper into the Puck but if it works fine then it might be something on your TV that needs looking into.

Does it make any difference if, from the puck home screen, you go into Settings > Picture and sound > Picture and turn on Judder reduction for TV apps ?

It makes no difference at all, it's to the point you can not watch anything and have to reset the whole system again. I end up giving up and watching something else.
