Installing pick from factory settings

After continually losing connection on puck set it to factory settings .

It now asks for a link to be installed which I can't find where to install the number

The URL should be displayed on screen as www.sky.com/activate.

 

Sometimes there can be issues with the redirect on that page. If this happens go to www.sky.com and logon and then go to  https://www.sky.com/productsettings/streaming-tv/activate.

 

You have to be logged in with the Sky ID / email that was used when you ordered Sky Stream.
