Incorrect colours

I have a new LG QNED TV and Sky Stream is displaying incorrect colours — reds are bright pink/magenta and skin tones are overly red.

I have tested TWO Sky Stream pucks, TWO HDMI cables and multiple HDMI ports with exactly the same result. The original puck worked correctly on my previous TV.

The LG’s internal apps and Picture Test are perfect. A Fire TV Stick also displays correctly. Crucially, LG’s built-in HDMI diagnostic gives the Fire Stick a PASS 😊 but gives Sky Stream a FAIL ☹️.

I’ve tested Sky at 1080p and 2160p, Auto/HD streaming, HDMI Deep Colour on/off and performed full power resets.

The LG is fully updated

Sounds like you probably need the puck replacing. Call Sky for further troubleshooting and they'll arrange a replacement if nothing else works.
