@Nichole2 can you give some details like what message you see on screen and whether the puck has worked before or it is a new device you are trying to set up.

This is a customer help forum, we can't help if you don't give us any details of the issue you've got. 
 
Can you explain what is going on? Is this the first time you've set this up?
