When I get to the blue screen with the continue button, I connot press the button. My LG remote curser hovers over it but will not activate the button.
I've tried with the normal LG remote and also with the LG mouse pointer. Nothing I try can press the continue button. Can anyone help please?

Thank you for for you help.
Sadly the quality of these remotes has been distinctly variable since Sky Stream & Glass launched two and a half years ago. There have been pretty much daily reports of similar such issues with them. One thing to try is to give it a firm twist, as if wringing out a cloth, as this can sometimes release glue from the internal contacts & get them working again.
If that doesn't work you'll need to get Sky to send you a replacement & hope it's a better one.

Once the Sky stream is plugged in and you can start to see the setup screen on your TV you need to be using the Sky Stream remote to continue the setup and to navigate the contents of the Sky stream puck.

Well, good news. I kept turning the Puck off and back on and after about 3 hrs of mucking about, the handset finally paired and I was able to complete the setup. I just kept doing the same thing and eventually it worked! What a faff!
Thank you for your kind help.

A faff indeed! Glad it's finally working. Hopefully your Sky Stream experience will be a bit smoother from now on. Fingers crossed.
