I Am Confused

My bill is £7.60p paid by direct debit. I have received an email from Sky advising me that my usage is exceptionally high. I am completely confused, I do not thnk that £7.60 over the last few months is exceptionally high!! I cannot communicate with Sky for an explanation, which is VERY frustrating Can anyone help?
