Sky puck technical issues

Got a new sky puck included within a broadband package. However have been unsuccessful in setting it up. Stuck on a page saying 'sorry, because of a technical issue, you're currently experiencing a limited service. Please be assured that we're working hard to fix the problem.' It has been like this for a week or so. Have phone sky and was on the for 50 min but then call cut out so gave up.

Did you successfully set up the puck etc? At what stage are you seeing this message?

Hi, 

Was not able to set the puck up fully as was coming up saying we didn't have a subscription even though we did. So roughly around there I think
