Humming noise that disappears when using PCM

Yes I still have this and it's actually worse than ever. Using lg tv with Sonos sound bar.

Hi

Ive just signed up, and getting the issue when selecting any other audio setting than PCM. I'm using a Hisense U7N tv using the built in speakers as it has Dolby Atmos built in. I've referred them to this thread.

Yes, I get this whenever sound isn't being output by the Stream box and I'm not on the PCM setting. It means I can't use any setting other than PCM, but then again with the Lip Sync Issue and the fact that Dolby Atmos won't play properly for me I'm on PCM anyway....

Sounds like someone flat lining in hospital. A continuous tone. 

Just using the TV's inbuilt speakers.

I also have the humming sound. TV is a TCL through a TCL soundbar. It's an issue with the sky stream box, PCM fixes it slightly but it's an inferior sound to Dolby digital so I don't consider it a fix. I also have a voice syncing issues which no amount of messing with can fix. Very frustrating.
