How have you tried?
The easiest way is within My Sky app or MySky online account, under Your Products>Manage>Home setup, where you should be able to order further pucks there.
There will be a limit, when ordering your first Sky Stream ouck, but once the first ordered puck is activated, you will be able to order further pucks.
You will also need the Whole Home pack.
Whole Home lets you watch different shows on different TVs at the same time on up to six Sky Stream pucks and three Sky Glass TVs.
