How do I make the picture bigger thanks

However if you want to remove the black bars used for many movies or with some older content made before wide screen TVs were a thing you often can't.as no TV can zoom or stretch a UHD image and many have issues with HD images. However try your TVs aspect ratio control.
The reason is that on average as TVs have got bigger the broadcasters add these bars to frame the picture made in different aspect ratios to fit the 16:9 ratio of modern TVs without distorting or cropping the picture.

You're not losing screen, you're getting all the filmed image in the ratio which it was intended to be seen.
Films have been shown in their correct aspect ratios for years now. The days of pan and scan whereby a movie would be zoomed in and cropped to fill a 4:3 screen are gone.

So there is no way to zoom or make bigger or can I change the resolution to make the black border smaller

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreThere is no way unless your tv has some kind of zoom function (which manufacturers stopped including a while ago)
the stream unit does not have this functionality

Only if your TV has a zoom function. There is nothing you can change on the puck.
