right so i have recorded law and order special victims unit on my sky puck and i go to watch it then next day and it isn't there and it's really annoying help anyone?

Sky Stream pucks DO NOT RECORD. If you have added the show to your playlist it might be available to watch on demand if the broadcaster has streaming rights for it.
