Help Please

Just had sky stream install having had the old sky + HD box for years and I can't pair the Sony Bravia TV with the sky remote to control volume. Any ideas appreciated.

Hi @Monty12 

 

What's happening when trying to set up the remote? Did you go through the process and try all the options for Sony? You may find that selecting another Sony model may work.

 

You can go back through set up by:

 

Pressing and holding 7 and 9 together on your Sky remote for 3 seconds.

Pressing and holding 1 and 3 together for 3 seconds.

Following the instructions on screen

 

It might be worth posting your exact TV model as someone in the community may have had the same issue. Also how old is the TV?
