Sky stream picture issue

when I'm on itv player and want to fast forward the ads it changes to live tv and I have to switch the tv off this has happened a few times now I'm not paying for bad standard

@cammy   This is a known fault and Sky are working to fix it.  That is as helpful I can be I'm afraid, but see if any others have any solutions.
