Hi @Afahigfur A full subscription to Hayu will not be available until July so you would not be able to sign up through Sky until then (probably the cause of the error message). This a look at THIS Sky article under the paragraph headed "Top reality telly from Hayu on Sky"
There was a rail on the Sky homepage for shows that you can currently watch on Hayu but I can't see it any more.
