Help please

I'm no good with any sort of technology, I just received the sky max hub this is probably a stupid question but where do you plug the sky puk into it ? Do you even plug your sky puk into it ? Can't get my sky TV to work, the broadband seems to be working ok it's just the TV any advice would be appreciated thanks

For most Sky Stream customers you  would use a wifi connection to your broadband hub.

You would connect the hdmi lead from the puck to one of your spare TV hdmi ports and plug in the power lead.

Once it is up and showing on your atv, then you would go through the onscreen setup to connect via wifi to your broadband hub.
