Sound breaking issues on puck

Hi All

got sky bb and 2 pucks yesterday.

no issues with WiFi etc but one puckshowing as error with poor connection on my app.

plays fine for few mins then sound stutters, pic was going blank yesterday on and off but seems ok now 

I've tried all steps on my sky app and even changed hdmi cable , no luck

tv and apps same thing 

any help appreciated

Hi @GavinF1 

 

Swap them over and if the offending puck starts working ok and the the other plays up this will indicate an environmental issue. If the offending puck still plays up and the other is fine could indicate a hardware issue and sky should swap out.

 

What speed is the puck showing in netflix (Profile Pic > Get Help? > Connectivity Check)
