@Sarah0307  In all that time have you attempted to remedy the issue?   For example have you tried using ethernet rather than wifi?

 

Have you rebooted the broadband hub?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Before you can use Sky Stream you need a good and stable internet connection.
